Dajla wine brand: peninsula-shaped label
28 April 2009 | By Popsop Team
The Croatian winemaker Istravino is known for the tradition, quality, and above all, for the old-established cultivars of the wines. The Dajla brand refers to the rich history and the natural disposition of Istria. The packaging was designed by the Croatian design firm Studio Cuculic.
It is named after a place on Istrian peninsula, where the grapes of this wine are cultivated and to which the red tinges of the labels, cut in the form of the peninsula, are referring. The slogan “Land of Winemaking” is to communicate the beauty and the fertility of this region.
The project was awarded at Red Dot Awards 2008 in Communication Design/Packaging category.
