Cafe Viet was the most effective launch ever for Nestle into the Vietnam market. Roasted and Ground coffee is mostly consumed OOH (out-of-home) with coffee consumption in the office and home environments limited to instant coffee 3 in 1.
Nestle spotted the opportunity to develop a 2 in 1 convenient format that captures the real taste of R&G coffee.
Cowan Design (Vietnamese office) partnered with Nestle to develop strategy, positioning, naming and packaging design.
