‘Fluid’ packaging by Ross Lovegrove
11 June 2009 | By Popsop Team
The shape of the bottle is one the the core factors of success when it comes to supeк premium bottled water segment.
Tˆy Nant from Wales, is definitely one the most admiring examples of how structural packaging can perfectly communicate the product idea.
Since 1989 Tˆy Nant (pronounced Tee-Nant) offers both still and carbonated varieties in well-known vivid cobalt blue and crimson red glass bottles.
But it became widely known in 1999-2001 when Welsh designer Ross Lovegrove created the fluid bottle design for its PET range.
Tˆy Nant translates to English as “the house by the stream.”
