Light bottles: waiter’s accessory

Asian industrial designer Doyeop Kim has come up with a functional idea of the ‘bottle’s second life’. He suggests a scheme called “Re:fill Chime Bell And Lights” which is used for a distant communication with a waiter in a restaurant.
Pink light is on – this means the visitors are ready to make an order, blue one – water needed, green light – “the dinner is over and we’re waiting for a bill”.
