Cadbury revampes chocolate bars with new ‘retro’ packaging

Cadbury UK has relaunched the Curly Wurly, Fudge, Chomp and Freddo chocolate bars with new ‘retro looking’ packaging designs by Slice Design.

The new packs are inspired by old original designs going back to the ‘last century’.
Fudge is the oldest brand having been launched in 1948. Curly Wurly was then introduced in 1971, Freddo in 1973 and finally Chomp in 1989.
The agency had been hired to the account earlier this year following a pitch process against two undislclosed agencies.
