L’Oreal Produits de Luxe International has unveiled the new feminine fragrance from Cacharel – Scarlett. It will be available in European travel retail from July, before rolling out to Asia in August and the Americas from September.
Like her famous O’Hara namesake, Cacharel’s Scarlett “expresses the possibility of being an exceptional woman in difficult times, without renouncing the coquettish frivolity which is part of her charm”, according to the company.
Cacharel’s signature white flower bouquet forms the heart, this time featuring jasmine, orange flower, honeysuckle and Provencal honey. The base is a blend of white musk and sandalwood.
The coral-coloured juice is presented in a white, carved bottle created by designer Christophe Pillet. It is decorated with Japanese-style flowers, and topped with a white, unglazed porcelain stopper. The overall effect is designed to evoke the idea of fire under ice. The white/coral floral motif is echoed on the outer carton.
