Schweppes Lemonade Will Be Available in the ‘On-the-Go’ Format on the British Market
17 February 2010 | By Anna Rudenko
Schweppes, one of the Coca-Cola brands, is going to treat the British consumers with its first-ever “on-the-go” lemonade starting from March. The new format of packaging will allow taking the 500 ml bottles anywhere.
The advertizing campaign for the new bottles of No.1 lemonade in the UK will include outdoor activities as well as ‘try me free’ promotion. The new packaging will be also available in an ideal for mixing one litre variant, and will be equipped with the iconic yellow cap, which is just perfect for blending drinks.
“We know that consumers love the taste of Schweppes Lemonade to enjoy at home, now they can enjoy it when they are out and about too. Lemonade is the second biggest mixer in the UK, so it is fitting we offer it in our new mixing size of one litre,” noted Cathryn Sleight, marketing director at Coca-Cola.
