Sink the Bismarck! by BrewDog Is the Strongest Beer Ever
23 February 2010 | By Anna Rudenko
BrewDog has launched an extremely strong variety of beer called Sink the Bismarck! Recently. Last year the brewery presented its Tactical Nuclear Penguin with its 32% double cask matured stout, but this time they made it up to go for more. The new product contains 41% ABV and is the strongest beer ever made.
Sink the Bismarck! contains four times the hops and so is four time bitterer than conventional beer. The new product is positioned as the spirits product that should be sipped and enjoyed like beer just like they do with whisky or wine — no binge consumption and irresponsible drinking. The strong beer is to be savoured in spirit sized measures. If the consumers don’t want to drink the whole 330ml bottle at once, they can put it off and enjoy the taste later, and the bottle stopper prevents the taste and aroma from disappearing.
The excellent blend of malt, sweet honey, hop oils and hop bitterness can be purchased at the BrewDog official website at the price of £40.00.
