Clever structural packaging decisions

The good examples of an ergonomic yet aesthetic structural packaging were featured on the Pentawards 2008. Among them were the Silver winners – Product Ventures and DIL Brands. First submitted the project “Jamba Juice”.
That’s the description from their website:
“The importance of the project was to convey the essence of Jamba – what it stands for as a franchise. We captured the essence of the Jamba retail experience by sculpturally communicating ‘freshly blended’,” explains Peter Clarke, CEO of Product Ventures. “It was a truly collaborative effort between Product Ventures, Jamba and Nestlé to create and deliver this iconic beverage package to market.
”The new product line includes “Smoothies” and “Juicies”. “Smoothies”, a fruitful, nourishing blend of natural ingredients like real fruit and a splash of low-fat milk, are available in Strawberries Wild, Orange Dream Machine, and Banana Berry. “Juicies”, a lighter, refreshing blend of fruit with a splash of non-fat milk, come in Orange Strawberry Banana, Mango Orange Peach, and Very Berry. All varieties include Jamba’s signature line of healthy vitamin and mineral boosts.
Another interesting structural packaging decision showed Brazilian designers from Dill Brands.
