The new bottle shape and label adaptation, created by CARTILS, enhances the premium and modern positioning of the Staropramen brand, owned by the Starbev group, which has recently been acquired by MolsonCoors.
The objective was to create a revolutionary new 3D design for the bottle shape,which was achieved by maximizing the impact of the vertical branding, while balancing it with the traditional high-quality detailed embossing.
The new Staropramen ‘S’ symbol was translated to an attractive embossing on the back of the bottle, offering consumers an extra tactile experience.
“The new packaging reflects the innovation and modernity of Staropramen, but it also relies on the tradition of the Smíchovský brewery,” said Zbyněk Kovář, CEO of Staropramen. In three to four weeks the new Staropramen bottle design will be launched on the shelves in stores, supported by an advertising campaign.
