MINI Australia is helping those who haven’t had time to buy flowers or gifts for their sweethearts on Valentine’s Day. Through the auto brand’s Facebook page, anyone can dedicate a song to their precious other half—the brand posts YouTube videos to its page along with the name of the one it is dedicated to.

The brand has posted a themed visual, featuring two people kissing (they seat in their own MINI cars, red and write) and the “Love Songs Dedications. Truly, Madly, Deeply, MINI” slogan (the three “o-s” there are red hearts). Users are invited to write the names of their dear ones in the comments, and MINI then posts the requested videos along with sweet words.
“Welcome to love song dedications MINI style. This one’s for the very special Snakehips Jones. Karen Jones wants you to know that she simply, truly, madly, deeply loves you,” wrote the brand in the first dedication. Some of the replies include references to MINI, just like it is in the following one: “This one’s for the very special Tiago Roncatto. Katie Couani wants you to know that she loves you more than your silver convertible MINI (which is a lot) and that she’ll follow you gypsy baby.” A great example of simple, but warm and touching marketing approach.
