As Brand New report, Sprite in time for the NBA All-Star’s Slam Dunk contest introduced the new dynamic logo with “real” lime icon and the “starbursts” aroung the wordmark.

First new logo appeared on the aluminium bottle of the Sprite Green – new product а The Coca-Cola Company, launched in the fall 2008.

The typography resembles this packaging mock up, and the “starbursts” could be inspired by thу old-fashioned logo from the pic below.
