Remy Cointreau expands distribution network via Roust in Russia

Remy Cointreau and Roust Inc have announced an expansion of their partnership in Russia, which will include the distribution of additional Remy Cointreau brands.
One of the leading premium spirits distributors in Russia, Roust will distribute Metaxa, Cointreau, and St Remy from 1 April 2009. These three will join the portfolio of Remy Cointreau brands already distributed by Roust, which includes Remy Martin Cognac (including Louis XIII) and Piper Heidsieck Champagne.
Roust will also provide marketing support for brand promotions in the Russian spirits market.
Building on their partnership, which was formed in 2006, the two companies plan to leverage the global popularity of Remy Cointreau brands with the distribution channels of Roust Inc in the Russian market.
