Harry Hill to launch Fairtrade salted peanut brand

Comedian Harry Hill is so serious about Fairtrade he is launching Harry’s Nuts!, a brand of Fairtrade salted peanuts available this Autumn.

Harry is working in partnership with 100% Fairtrade nut company Liberation.

The nuts will be available in 50g packs, on 24 pack backing cards designed by Harry himself.

Harry will make no money from this venture so that as much revenue as possible will go back to the smallholder farmers in Africa and Latin America.

The award winning comedian has recently returned from Malawi where he met some of the farmers who will benefit from the product.

Harry has been heavily involved in getting the taste right for these nuts and with the pack design. He will be promoting Harry’s Nuts! in September before he starts work on his next series of Harry Hill’s TV Burp.
