Popsop Ltd, popular UK-based brand journal online, is looking for a full-time freelance English news editor to join our small editorial team.
Scope of work:
- Writing and editing news and features (in English);
- Picture research and some administration;
- Commissioning and editing articles;
- Conduct interviews, making post event reports.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal – native or near native English language proficiency;
- Proven track record in writing professional copy (news, short articles, essays etc);
- Good research and selection skills;
- Enthusiasm, drive and flexibility;
- Knowledge of the UK creative industry (design, media, branding, marketing) is essential;
- Russian language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
Working schedule:
Monday-Friday (except UK bank holidays), 8 a.m.- 3 p.m. BST.
