Heineken has just launched its much anticipated TV commercial and digital campaign globally, titled ‘Crack the Case‘, in anticipation of the October (in the UK) release of the 23rdJames Bond adventure, SKYFALL.
Viewers of the commercial, shot at Shepperton Studios by renowned Dutch film director Matthijs Van Heijningen Jr, will be taken on an epic train journey in Siberia alongside stunning Bond’s ‘girlfriend’, French actress Bérénice Marlohe. Heineken’s Facebook app «Crack the Case» will also offer users to go through a series of challenges, crack the case (literally) and save the world.
Moreover, some countries will see Heineken’s «Crack the Case» activities go offline as part of special BTL and TTL promotions.
Both digital and TV campaigns were created by the Amsterdam office of Wieden + Kennedy.
