The brand has updated its MINI Connected App with the Connect Us feature allowing to find a perfect date on the go. The new “cupid” feature, which can be used exclusively in MINIs, finds you a partner based on your driving style, the most accurate criterion to define your personality. “Get connected, get matched up, get dating,” says MINI, describing the new game.

Google unveils its latest Chrome Experiment that gives any online destination a gaming touch. With World Wide Maze, any website in the Chrome browser can be turned into a 3D pinball maze, which pops-up on the screen of a desktop or a laptop. To navigate a virtual ball through the maze, one is asked to use a mobile device that works as a controller.

Google is planning to provide British news publishers with an opportunity to increase their online revenues. Last month, the company launched the Digital Publishing Innovation Fund in France, and now it is set to introduce a similar project to the UK. These perspectives were outlined by Google’s Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt during his recent interview at the Big Tent Activate Summit in New Delhi, India.

Blending magic with technological innovations, the creative team unveiled a VIP visitor experience, in which the new model was revealed on a rotating platform. The theatrical performance was hosted in Solihull in the UK, the home of Land Rover for over six decades.

Samsung has unveiled its highly anticipated new smartphone, Galaxy S4, which is the lightest and the most sophisticated model in the Galaxy family. Being a successor to the company’s Galaxy S III, the new flagship phone has a sleeker and more refined design, Dual Camera, a wider 5-inch screen with 1920×1080 resolution, and a stronger textured body case. The new product, unveiled yesterday during a live-streaming show in New York, will be available in 55 countries on 327 different carriers starting April. The price hasn’t been announced yet.

In partnership with Evernote, a note-taking and achieving service, Honda Silicon Valley Lab (HSVL), an R&D division of Honda in the U.S., establishes the “Honda Innovation Award” within the 2013 Evernote Devcup international 6-month competition that combines in-person and virtual events, encouraging developers to create new apps on the Evernote platform. Continuing to spread its philosophy of innovation, Honda will be awarding participants for  the development of applications “that make personal mobility more enjoyable and memorable,” states the press note.
