BrandOpus continues its partnership with independent UK brewer and pub owner Hall & Woodhouse, with the redesign of the full range of Badger ales. Following on from a pitch won by BrandOpus in October 2010, and the success of Hopping Hare launched in March, the wider range of nine ales will hit the shelves in mid-August.

The Smirnoff vodka brand, one of the biggest fans of club culture in the alcohol industry, brings back The Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project, building on the tremendous success of the last year’s global initiative. Just like in 2010, the cult brand is encouraging its fans to share on what makes their nightlife original and vote for the best ideas, which to be implemented on November 12, the big night, in 50 countries all around the globe.
International beer brands Heineken and Amstel have been launched in a new four-litre PET keg with an integral tap supplied by APPE. The new “Tapje” keg is a small draft-beer system, which consumers can use at home. It offers an innovative cost-effective alternative to the traditional crate of beer, with greater flexibility for consumers. It has been launched in the Netherlands prior to introduction into other markets.
