Sony Corporation (‘Sony’) announced that the transaction to acquire Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson’s (‘Ericsson’) 50% stake in Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB (‘Sony Ericsson’) has been completed as of February 15, 2012 (Central European time). This marks the completion of the transaction jointly announced by Sony and Ericsson on October 27, 2011, and makes Sony Ericsson a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony.

M&C Saatchi has created an integrated campaign to raise awareness of travel behaviour during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Developed for Transport for London (TfL), the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), and other transport operators, this is set to be one of the biggest communications campaign associated with the London 2012 Games, and launches on 30 January.

It will introduce an unprecedented and innovative global marketing campaign to support the launch of the new film SKYFALL. This is the 23rd film in the James Bond series, and the 6th consecutive James Bond film that the Heineken® brand has been involved with. Heineken® brand’s global SKYFALL marketing programme will include a wide range of promotion and activation rights in and around the film, including for the first time the participation of James Bond actor Daniel Craig in the brand’s worldwide campaign.
