Absolut Vodka once again collaborated with US artist Ron English to deliver another piece of art. In 2010, the painter created a huge artwork ‘X-Ray Guernica’ on the walls of the refrigerator at the ex-slaughterhouse in Rome and Andy Warhol’s ‘Double Elvis’ in Milan as part of the Absolut Wallpaper project. Now they have teamed up to create design for a new limited-edition bottle of the iconic vodka.

Ahead of the upcoming St Patrick’s Day (17 March), brands are busy launching new products and editions to celebrate the big holiday. The Guinness beer and the Jameson whisky are traditionally considered as the most Irish trademarks, and they just couldn’t miss the date. As part of the upcoming celebration, the brands have announced two products which are totally dedicated to the holiday—HP Guinness Sauce, designed by leading London brand consultancy Bulletproof, and limited edition Jameson bottle, created in collaboration with acclaimed designer Paul Daly.

On January 25, Pernod Ricard held a conference dedicated to the launch of its new bottle that took place at the independent art gallery “La Maison Rouge” in Paris. The event that was organized in the format of exhibition was dedicated to the theme of innovation. During the conference, the brand familiarised the guests with the product range it plans to launch in 2011 that includes about 20 titles.
