Wrangler has unveiled its new SS2012 collection on its official European website, using the old but winning approach—the interactive showcase, which allows users to drag and push the characters just like it was with the previous online presentations. The line includes both the men’s and women’s apparel and is inspired by retro looks of 70s (this seems to be a huge trend today).

Modern supermarkets seem to have just everything you may want, but still there’s a plethora of newly invented goods, which are not sold there—yet. Walmart is giving its consumers a truly one-of-a-kind opportunity to sell their own products in select retailer’s stores across the USA and through Walmart.com. The ‘Get on the Shelf’ competition, headed by @WalmartLabs, the company’s digital technology division, will be rolling out until February 22—entrants are invited to introduce their own inventions (they should to relate to one of the Walmart categories, ranging from apparel, electronics, toys and more) in their videos.
Dolce&Gabbana has unveiled an haute couture range of exclusive heavily embroidered bodices that may be turned dresses, all in crystals, priced at eighty thousands of euros on average at its fall fashion show. The new “63 exquisitely crafted bustiers encrusted with jewels and sequins and everything glittery” were presented at the closing of the SS12 (watch the video below). These bodysuits are available both as they are and as dresses, which are much easier to wear than bustiers (the key elements of design and decoration are preserved)—only a few of them can be purchased at the moment (which makes this range a bit prêt-à-porter), the rest can be ordered by the loyal clientele.
The fashion giant Armani has extended its collaboration with Rihanna, started last year—in fall 2011, the brand launched the campaign for Armani Jeans and Emporio Armani Underwear featuring popstar from Barbados, who was also engaged in the creation of the new clothing items. In the previous promotion, the celebrity had a blonde pixie haircut, and now, for the new campaign she now has turned into a brunette and looks like a modern rock diva—the photos of the new 2012 Spring/Summer collections of the Armani’s both labels.
McDonald’s UK has launched a new campaign revolving around the theme of simple or serious conversations that are started over a cup of coffee. With the new promotion dubbed ‘Cups,’ developed by Leo Burnett, the fast food giant focuses on simple moments of everyday life. The company’s, which usually highlights burgers and fries in its campaigns (like it was in the recent ‘Timber v. Farmer’ advert), this time turned to promoting its range of coffees.
