Blacklist’s Tendril has created a new spectacular brand film for the launch of the new edition of Nike’s CTR360 midfielder cleat, a boot designed for better ball control. The video will be displayed at Nike’s London flagship shop and stores across Europe. Recently, the company has also revealed an interactive video called Field created to celebrate its FuelBand.

“Near-microscopic photorealism, explosive shards, raining crystal droplets, refractive prisms and a miraculous cleat” that’s how the film is described in a press release.
The dynamic video indeed shows off the new boot in a fragmented world where it totally controls the environment and focuses viewers’ attention on its design details in close-ups.
Music and sound accompanying the video is written by John Black. The soundtrack helps enhance the power of the visuals.
In Japan, Nike is currently running the ‘Innovation Hunt’ in conjunction with its Nike+ installation at Ugokidase Station. The initiative is dedicated to the new Flyknit Trainer+ and the LunarGlide+ 4 shoes and features artworks hidden in various locations in Tokyo’s Harajuku district. Each artwork uses one of the two products. The objects to be detected include a Flyknit-coated bicycle, a Lunarlon skateboard and much more.
