Heineken, which has scored big with its awesome ‘Open Your World’ campaign by Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, pulls the essence of this promotion for the new advertising project  for Heineken Light, the product sold exclusively on the U.S. market. The new campaign, celebrating special experiences and running as part of the ambitious ‘Be a Man of the World’ platform, debuted last Friday (July 1) on national TV with the ‘Snakeskin Jacket’ spot, the first one in the series.

Stolichnaya Vodka is this month hosting the elit by Stolichnaya bar at London’s Heathrow Terminal 5 in partnership with World Duty Free. Launched on June 17 and running until Thursday 14 July, the elit bar will be sampling this ultra-luxury vodka and retailing specially created cocktails such as elit Hollywood and elit Refresher. Also available from the bar will be a selection of Stolichnaya’s original flavoured vodkas including Stoli Vanil, Stoli Razberi and Stoli Citros priced at £14.99 per bottle.

Enhancing reality using new technology is always fun (numerous campaigns with QR-codes, which have been gaining momentum over the last months prove this). But this ‘code’ way of adding new features to the surrounding world is not the only way to make it look different: recently, Grand Marnier launched a new integrated campaign ‘Welcome To The Sunset Hour,’ which includes an innovative new app, enabling users to turn any picture on their phone into a sunset photo.

ABSOLUT Vodka, the iconic alcohol brand deeply involved into creative movement (focusing on visual art—its numerous themed projects prove it), also collaborates with music talents on short documentaries, celebrating the performers and their achievements. In March 2010, the brand teamed up with Jay-Z to release a 14-minute documentary about the musician’s life and work (the video also featured footage from a concert at Madison Square Garden), and now it’s announcing another two-part film starring rapper and record producer Cee Lo Green—the first chapter of their work titled ‘Cee Lo Distilled’ will appear on the brand’s Facebook page on June 27.
