Adidas has unveiled the 2013/14 Chelsea Home kit, which focuses on the dominant color of the legendary London Football Club’s visual identity—the blue. Just like Guinness used to ‘paint’ the town black for Arthur’s Day in a festive commercial back in 2012, in the new video adidas covers footballers with the blue paint—as part of the “It’s Blue, What Else Matters” advertising campaign. 

TOMS, a brand known for its philanthropy that found incarnation in the One for One policy, is launching an art-focused project Haiti Artists Collective to create new jobs in Haiti. In partnership with Haiti-based Caribbean Craft, the company commissions 30 Haitian artists aged 18-45 to develop designs for the limited edition TOMS Shoes. The individually painted footwear in both men and women styles will be available at the TOMS website and at its flagship store in the U.S. for $68.

adidas Originals has launched its new global multi-platform campaign entitled “Unite All Originals”. The effort is designed to inspire the brand’s fans through a series of truly unconventional music and visual art pieces by international creatives from various areas. The major online hub for the 2013 brand campaign unveils a so-called “adidas collider” that serves the most original mixed content from artists, who unite to create something very special.

Adidas is energizing its global community by launching a new movement dedicated to the world famous socker player, Lionel «Leo» Messi. With the campaign, launched on March 1, the brand brings its fans together to celebrate the athlete, who is the also an adidas’s ambassador. The new effort aims to promote the Messi Collection range that includes the latest shoe, adizero f50 Messi boot inspired by Leo’s style.

H&M is contributing to the global recycling movement in a new way for the company. On February 21, the fashion retailer officially launched a new worldwide apparel-recycling initiative, which allows consumers to help save natural resources and get a little money in return. Customers can leave bags with used and unwanted clothing from any brand in the special green-and-white “Long live fashion!” containers across all H&M stores worldwide. The garments will then be recycled or reworn, depending on their condition.
