As part of its initiative to reinvigorate products for the fabric category, Procter&Gamble reveals the results of the recent collaboration between Tide Pods and designer Tracy Reese, a member of Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA). She has created the machine-washable fashionable garments that will be crowdsourced on Pinterest and later unveiled in her Fall/Winter 2014 collection.

In the UK, Procter & Gamble is releasing a new campaign for its detergent brand Ariel, which will revolve around apparel stories told by various people. The promotion, developed by Saatchi & Saatchi, bears the strapline “That’s my Ariel, what’s yours?” to highlight the personal connection between the brand and people who use its products. The campaign, which includes TVCs, print, PR and digital promotion on the brand’s fresh page (registered on September 10) on Facebook, launches on October 15.

Reckitt Benckiser (RB) launches crazieRBrands, a suite of eight fast and fun online and mobile mini-games, developed in partnership with RB’s creative agency The Workroom and social game specialists TAMBA, who designed and developed the games. RB continues to enhance its online and mobile gaming platforms due to the games’ success to-date as a fun and informal way to engage graduates and early-careerists with the RB corporate brand.
