To give this festive occasion more of Parisien caractère, the brand has invited legendary French actress Catherine Deneuve to be the face and muse of the jubilee campaign. Madame Deneuve is starring in a short documentary directed by Loïc Prigent, which tells a story about the left bank of Sena, where Le Bon Marche is located, and reflects Catherine’s memories and perception of this famous historical place.

The film will be showcased right in the dedicated window displays of the store along with 3D projections of illustrations by French novelist and graphic artist Marjane Satrapi —from September 8 to October 6. A set of 10 printed illustrations will be available for sale at 900 euros with some percentage of profits going to a nearby children hospital.

There also be a pop-up cinema display at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche to feature a new film with Catherine Deneuve since September 15.
