Chrysler Focuses on the Family Delivers

Chrysler comes as a family oriented vehicle in their most recent summer campaign that launched during National Family Week on May 31st. The project created by 438 and SHARP agencies, participated in the celebration and all of the events culminating with the grand prize give away of a seven seat Dodge Journey on the last day of June.

The campaign themed “Chrysler. Part of the Family” also featured celebrities, Sophie Ellis Bextor and her daughter Janet Ellis,  who came to the the shows to support the idea of family car trips. The kids who were present at the events had a great opportunity to get nice gifts from the reknowned toy-manufacturer Hasbro. Though the worthwhile event-packed festival is passed, consumer may still participate in the contest to win the vehicle by visiting www.chrysler.co.uk/family—the entries can be submitted by Wednesday, June 30.

Commitment to the household unit market segment is nothing new for the American automaker according to Nigel Land, Marketing Director at Chrysler UK Ltd.

«Chrysler is renowned for its range of family-friendly vehicles and offers all the right ingredients — luxury, equipment, comfort, versatility and performance at a very competitive price. In fact, Chrysler created the MPV market over 25 years ago and has been part of the family to millions of people all over the world,” stated Land.

The two teams are already hard at work on the company’s upcoming campaign introducing the new Grand Cherokee in 2011. This project is due for this fall and is to be called “Life’s Ultimate Adventure.”
