Henkel has launched a new employer branding campaign that features the company’s employees talking about what makes Henkel a great place to work. In recruitment ads, videos, posters and brochures, employees reinforce the new company claim: ‘Henkel—Excellence is our Passion.’ Henkel is a Fortune Global 500 company that markets a wide range of consumer and industrial brands in North America, including Dial® soaps, Purex® laundry detergents, and Loctite® adhesives.
The ads depict employees’ passion and pride in being a part of the Henkel team. From a marketing manager in Brazil to a production foreman in Germany, 10 international employees will be seen in Henkel’s campaign.
«We want to attract the most talented people worldwide by showcasing our own talents,» said Jessica Thiel, corporate director of talent, leaders and learning at Henkel. «Who could better testify to Henkel’s exciting and challenging nvironment than our own employees?»
The new campaign depicts Henkel employees in everyday situations in various phases of their work day. “We chose headlines like, ‘Breaks are boring,’ as a bit of a joke, of course, but they also generate attention,” said Jens Plinke, senior manager of Human Resources, who also is in charge of Henkel’s Employer Branding worldwide. “We are using humor to communicate that our diverse opportunities are much more exciting than taking a break.”
The campaign is used worldwide as part of Henkel’s Human Resources communications, including on its career websites, in job advertisements, and on banners and posters at recruiting events.
