Jenn David Connolly, Owner of Jenn David Design, Joins Board of AIGA San Diego

Jenn David Connolly, owner and founder of Jenn David Design has joined the board of the San Diego chapter of AIGA, the professional association for design. As of July 2011, Connolly will serve as the Communications Director, overseeing and directing the chapter’s communications in both web and print capacities.

The communications director is responsible for the public image of the chapter through its collateral, website, newsletter, press releases and additional marketing and communication efforts. The director makes sure that AIGA San Diego presents information to members and friends clearly and concisely while paying attention to a high level of design quality.

The American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) was founded in 1914, and with 66 chapters and more than 22,000 members, remains the oldest and largest professional membership organization for design. Known now as AIGA, the professional association for design, their mission is to advance designing as a professional craft, strategic tool and vital cultural force.
