MINI created a new British-styled fashion collection ‘for all those whose heart beats to the rhythm of the street’. The collection consists of hallmark British details like the Union Jack, badges an other items and offers casual, business or clubbing wear outfits. Now, for the first time, the new range has been presented on a catwalk with a special show at the Pavillon 21 MINI Opera Space in Munich.
An iconic British type of clothing, a trench coat, features the MINI collection and is available for men and women. The lining of the coat and its outer pockets feature an abstract Union Jack pattern. The cuffs have a discreetly embroidered MINI logo.
Other items include the Men’s Denim Business Shirt and Ladies’ Denim Business Blouse. They are dark blue and with discreet MINI lettering on the chest . For the ladies, MINI also has a feminine Denim Dress with ruffles. Other fine details include an authentic Union Jack badge on the left chest and a ‘Beat the Street’ print on the inside collar.
His and hers Hoodie Sweat Jackets come with an eye-catching print on the back and a zip at the front. Made of top-grade cotton and with cuffs on the sleeves and the bottom hem, they are surely warm and come in the traditional colors: red for the ladies, blue for the men. To match the Hoodie Sweat Jackets, MINI has two casual Street Longsleeves on offer.
As for the accessories there is the light Union Jack Scarf from MINI with its fashionable interpretation of the British Union Jack, and is open to a wide range of combinations. The Beat the Street Belt has an element in the shape of a silver fastening designed like seatbelt buckle. Other details include the lettering ‘Beat the Street’ embossed on the buckle and the MINI logo on the belt itself.

In early August MINI launched an ad campaign in the UK called ‘MINI Lunatics‘.
