Following a Facebook competition «MARTINI KISSER CASTING» launched back in 2011 to select the new Martini’s male face (the Italian Yuri Buzzi), this spring the brand has started a new initiative called MARTINI ROYALE CASTING to define its female face via voting on Facebook.

Renowned shoe designer Christian Louboutin was selected as an the international judge who will choose a winner among finalists in October 2012, a girl with the right attitude, embodying Martini’s philosophy «Luck is an attitude».

From May 28 to July 2012 any girl of 25+ could apply online through Facebook to test her luck. Now 28 finalists representing 23 countries have been selected and divided into four groups to make the online voting easier.

Future Martini stars have recently returned from a one-week holiday on Ibiza, where they went through the different ‘challenges’, while fashion photographer, former singer Bryan Adams made glamourous photo shooting of bikini girls on the famous Spanish resort.

Since September 4 the first of four stages of online voting began. So far the Bulgarian finalist Zheni Radkova is the favourite of the voting with 1260 votes gained. The UK applicant Elizabeth Griffiths is currently sixth (in the first group’s ranking).

Just in 5 weeks a beautiful winner who will follow in the footsteps of Charlize Theron, Nicollette Sheridan and Monica Bellucci and also receive €150,000 (approximately £120,000) as well as 12 pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes will be named the next female face of Martini.
