Nike SB has just unveiled a trailer for ‘The SB Chronicles, Vol. 1’ film that will debut on December 3. It is the first of three films in the ‘SB Chronicles’ video series about skateboarding.

The film directed by Jason Hernandez was captured in HD in the streets and parks of Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Dubai, and the United States. It features Nike SB team riders such as Youness Amrani, Chet Childress, Clark Hassler, Stefan Janoski, Lewis Marnell, Daniel Shimizu, Grant Taylor, and Wieger Van Wageningen that ride under the eclectic soundtrack by artists selected by the skaters themselves.

Nike has already created video documentaries ‘The Vapen Sessions’ to promote its snowboarding products. ‘The SB Chronicles, Vol. 1’ is the new feature-length Nike SB video project, and will premiere online at nikeskateboarding.com/sbchronicles on December 3, 2011 at 7 pm EST. Online viewers will have an opportunity to get an inside look at the various premieres, and ask questions in real-time to the Nike SB team riders featured in the video, as well as the film director. Starting December 10 the film will also become available for purchase on iTunes.
