Strategic design agency Anthem Worldwide has promoted Phil Jones to the newly created role of Operations Director in the UK.  

Phil, who has worked for Anthem Worldwide for four years, assumes the position of Operations Director with immediate effect, taking overall responsibility for the efficient running of the whole UK operation and being a central key decision maker for the agency.

As Operations Director UK, Phil bridges clients service, creative service and production, ensuring strategic objectives are met for both client and agency. He will operate as senior line manager to all project leaders and to capitalise on end to end experience in order to deliver a well rounded best practice approach. As well as managing the day to day running of the agency, Phil will be responsible for optimising agency profitability, defining agency process and best practice and will act as project lead across a number of key clients.

Phil will work across Anthem’s two UK offices in York and London and part of his remit will also be to co-ordinate the Account teams skills and expertise offered by both offices and facilitate best practice across the global network, in order to enhance the agency’s full service offering to its clients and to constantly seek innovative ways to push the boundaries for Anthems clients.
