Pringles Teams up with Rock the Vote to Launch a Concert Series

The Pringles brand and Rock the Vote, an organization building political power for young people in the U.S. have partnered to encourage young Americans to exercise their right to vote. The partnership will result in a series of concerts across the country.

The program kicked off yesterday, on August 28, with an exclusive, VIP concert featuring DJ Steve Aoki at the Republic National Convention Tampa, Fla.

The next ‘Turn Up The Vote’ event hosted by celebrity blogger Perez Hilton and will feature an exclusive musical performance by Far East Movement will be held at the Democratic National Convention on September 4 in Charlotte,N.C. The following events will take place at Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros concerts on September 7 in Berkeley,Calif., and on September 23 in Indianapolis, Ind.

The attendees will have the opportunity to register to vote and learn more about their involvement in the 2012 presidential elections. They will also receive free cans of Pringles and the new Pringles Speaker Cans, a portable speaker that attaches to any MP3 player.

From now through October 31, consumers can visit www.Pringles.com/current-promotions, print out the order form, fill it out and send in the form with receipt for four Pringles cans to receive a free Pringles Speaker by mail.
