YouTube has included about 3,000 new movie titles into its video rental database amid the growing popularity of mobile devices and Internet-connected TVs, Los Angeles Times reports. The newly-added movies were produced by major Hollywood studios. Though no information has been provided on the names of the studios, according to LA reporter, this list may include Sony Pictures Entertainment, Warner Bros.,Universal Pictures and many more.

Next month, Morgan Spurlock, who is well-known for his shocking ‘Super Size Me’ film ‘dedicated’ to McDonald’s fast food, will present his new documentary ‘POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold,’ which is all about product placement and sponsored by companies featured in it, to a broader audience.  The new work by the acclaimed filmmaker who comes face to face with brands debuted at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival in January with the theatrical release slated for April 22 (in the U.S.).

Absolut has eventually presented its much anticipated short web video titled “Lemon Drop” in the style, which takes us back to the B-movies of 70-s with its simple plot and retro environment. The film, which was premiered yesterday, September 7, was announced in summer through a special tab created on the brand’s Facebook page to promote the launch and feature trailers.
