Vapour Expands and Launches ‘Free Logo’ Facebook Competition

Following an expansion, Leeds-based brand design agency Vapour, whose portfolio includes work for Aqua, Island Records and Nike ACG, has re-launched with a new positioning, expanded service offer and a new website.

Established in 2007, the agency initially offered straight print design services, but it has grown to include successful campaigns such as a new website for Island records, a pan-European product catalogue and flash microsite for Nike ACG and a deluxe digital iTunes pack for Oasis’ greatest hits album ‘Time Flies… 1994-2009.’

The launch of the new site www.wearevapour.com reflects the agency’s full offer which now includes branding, design, digital, social media and general marketing.

Vapour Creative Director Jamie Bugler said, “We’ve outgrown our old position as a print design agency and our portfolio of branding and design services now extends well beyond that. In particular, we’re strong in digital, designing and developing Facebook applications and optimised landing tabs, iPhone apps and other social related widgets and applications. We’re working with some great brands and producing successful work we’re incredibly proud of, such as the full rebrand of fashion label Aqua which, as well as look books, included a consumer-facing ecommerce web solution. We’re now well-positioned as a company to exploit new business channels and grow our agency yet further.

As part of the relaunch, Vapour is running a competition for a company to win a new logo for their business—companies can enter at www.wearevapour.com/logocomp and the winner will be chosen by the public using a Facebook voting application.
