Cuervo Cold, a Jose Cuervo’s tequila brand runs a social video campaign in Brazil. The ‘Cuervo Cold. A Quick Shot of Ice Cold’ campaign created by ad agency Albion is a social video experiment involving Ok Go band.

Ok Go is an American band famous for creating original online videos and this time videos involve Cuervo Cold tequila as well as hundreds of social platforms users photos. A specific video technology allows fans to place pictures of themselves in the group’s videos which can be viewed on a dedicated website.
Visitors can insert their social media avatars and a message into existing Ok Go music videos by logging on with Facebook or Twitter and enjoy their faces within the popular band’s pixel films.
The band has been performing during the pop-up gigs starting November 18, across Sao Paulo and Rio and the final event to be streamed on the website today. People logging onto the website or tweeting using the hashtag #shotcast will be taken straight to a live recording.
According to Cuervo, campaign points out on the fact that while a shot of ice cold Cuervo doesn’t last forever, it’s still a unique physical and emotional sensation.
