Hennessy Launches Two Limited Editions in January

Beginning of 2011 turns out to be a hot time for Hennessy. This luxury cognac brand celebrates the start of the new year by launching two limited edition products.

It’s become a tradition for Hennessy to present XO limited edition at the beginning of each year since 2007. So, the fourth addition to the XO collection is called Odyssey XO. This is a unique blend created especially for this occasion, not just a classic Hennessy XO taste in a designer bottle. As for the bottle design, it was created by a multi-disciplinary artist and designer Arik Levy who took inspiration from the rock formations which represent one of the basic objects in his work.

Another new limited edition product that Hennessy launched in the beginning of January 2011 is Helios VSOP. This title opens a new page in the history of the brand since it introduces a new Hennessy’s Privilège Collection. The name Helios refers to the ancient Greek god of the sun. When looking at the bottle, you will grasp the virtual reference: its pink silver surface literally shines and casts back the light similarly to a star.

Hennessy VSOP Helios comes in 70cl, 150cl, and 300cl bottles. It was launched on January 1st through the network of high-profile retailers.

In December 2010, Hennessy VSOP Helios was introduced in Dubai Duty Free.
