John Lewis Starts the April Campaign: Exclusive Deals and Gifts Each Day of the Month

The UK chain of department stores John Lewis offers thirty treats to celebrate the middle month of spring properly. The company has teamed up with Adam and Eve DDB and Manning Gottlieb OMD to create a campaign dubbed “Shop Spring This April” that kicks off on April 1.

Each of the 30 days of April, the retailer will be offering exclusive deals and free gifts to its consumers. The new promotion will be supported by advertising in Metro and The Times across multiple platforms including print, online, mobile and tablet. The campaign is also rolling out on the dedicated page of the official retailer’s website. So far, John Lewis hasn’t specified what exactly it will offer—the page feature images of various products ranging from cutlery and chairs to candles and pillows. The retailer says it will select consumers’ most favorite products for the daily exclusives, available one after one from midnight to midnight each day of April both in store and online.

The campaign is “a major new initiative for John Lewis as we look to inspire our customers with a range of different daily exclusives on the products we know our customers love,” commented Lloyd Page, head of marketing, brand at John Lewis, on the new promotion.
