Joint Managing Director Mano Manoharan is leaving LFH to pursue new career challenges.
One of the founders of LFH Brand Identity Consultants, 18 years ago, Manoharan was instrumental, with co-founder Graham Hawkins, in growing the business to a multi-million top 20 European Design Agency and carving out LFH’s distinctive ‘connected expertise’ USP in a crowded international design marketplace.
In July 2011, LFH achieved a European Technical Patent for its cost saving innovation Chapter1™ — a rarity for a marketing services agency. At the time, The Financial Times described Chapter1™ as; “a technological breakthrough” innovation (16 July 2011).
The agency also won a 2011 DBA Design Effectiveness Award for realising over €15 million of Chapter1™ savings for LFH client Unilever — without compromising on brand packaging quality.
Mano Manoharan said; “Our great clients and brilliant colleagues have helped Graham and I create a leading European Design Agency, which has achieved the rare feat of delivering both superb creativity and commercial results for our clients. I leave LFH with pride in what we have accomplished together.”
