New Coca-Cola Mini Can Now Available in New York City and Washington D.C.

Coca-Cola welcomed its new 90-calorie Coca-Cola Mini can to New York City just in time for the holidays, by inviting local families to a “mini” dance lesson with the famous Radio City Christmas Spectacular cast and the Rockettes. The Coca-Cola Mini can carries the distinct Coca-Cola contour-shaped bottle image in white on a red background. The 90-calorie count is displayed in an eye-catching bubble located on the front of the can.

More than thirty local families joined in the season’s merriment and learned first-hand from the Radio City Rocketteshow to do a 90-second, “mini” dance kick-off routine on the legendary Radio City Music Hallstage. The lesson featured families practicing signature moves that have been part of the annual show and the holiday tradition for more than 75 years.

The Radio City Rockettes and members of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular cast joined in the celebration with the local families and showed how much fun precision dancing and physical activity can be. “Dancing is fun and a great way to incorporate movement into everyday life,” said Laurin Sydney, an award-winning journalist and emcee of the event. “It is something families can do together or people can do alone, and it not only burns calories but it generates joy.

Coca-Cola designed the new 90-calorie Coca-Cola Mini can as another option for consumers to enjoy the great taste of their favorite drink in a smaller, portion-controlled package. Research shows that the key to controlling weight involves a combination of physical activity and balancing calorie intake. The Coca-Cola Mini can helps to remind people about the importance of moderation and calorie management without depriving themselves of the delicious, refreshing taste they love.

The Coca-Cola Mini can will be sold in 8-packs and will start appearing in major grocery stores across the country in the coming months.
