Nike, Inc. Access to Sport Inspires Kids and Their Parents to Run to Live Longer and Better Lives

Nike, the brand traditionally associated with running, sports and positive attitude to life, has shot a new inspirational film «Extra Time» in collaboration with W+K Portland, probably, in a move to promote its recent «We Run 2012» campaign.

The new video spot featuring young kids who ponder what they would have done if had 5 extra years to live, was represented the other day at the 8th Annual Clinton Global Initiative, as a project curated by Nike’s foundation — Nike, Inc. Access to Sport.

The idea behind this short film is to make adults realize that the less we move and do sports, the less we actually live. And, first of all, it affects our kids, who will, in general, live 5 years less than we do, as a result of the lack of physical activity.

The film was directed by Lance Bangs, then produced and edited by Don’t Act Big and Joint.
