O2 Calls on Echo to Provide Packaging and Product Design

Mobile phone provider O2 has appointed design agency Echo to improve its consumer’s user experience by revamping its products and packaging.

Echo will advise on O2’s design strategy including delivering a strategic review. The agency’s remit also includes structure, graphics and service design; new product development; and design for O2’s range of mobile accessories. Echo will work with the company’s brand teams and business units to deliver solutions across all distribution channels to improve the user experience at every consumer touchpoint.
