For the time of the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg, PepsiCo, one of the event’s sponsors, has represented a ‘special gift’ to the attendees and respected guests—a new limited edition of Pepsi cans and bottles featuring some recognizable on-pack imagery of architecture of St. Petersburg. The city which has been hosting the event for the 17th year will see the collectible items available at the Forum coffee breaks as well as at retail in June and July 2013.
The new Russia-only collection features an old Pepsi’s logo that was updated with the newest 2008 version in all media, including packaging, in the major brand’s markets. Russia is among a few countries where the company remained the old logo along with the wordmark.
