Amway North America announced that it has signed world class distance runner Kara Goucher to represent NUTRILITE® exclusively from Amway. The brand is a sponsor of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon series—races held in cities around the country that incorporate miles with music. Goucher will represent the brand at several of these races, speaking at race events, and appearing at the mobile brand experience during race weekend. Her name and likeness also will appear online and in print in various NUTRILITE marketing collateral.

adidas has kicked off a new a viral campaign, which is focused on ‘boot kidnapping.’ In mid-December, a ‘thief’ stole a bunch of sport shoes adizero from the ‘temple’ of the brand, its HQ in Germany, and took them to some secret location. Now, adidas and several sport celebrities are asking public to help them find the poor shoes to literally save them from shoe death (the fast sneakers just can’t be stored in gritty basements).

Volkswagen of America, Inc. has created a series of humorous and informative webisodes starring Saturday Night Live comedian Bill Hader paired with trained Volkswagen product specialist, Danielle Gumro, and SNL writer John Mulaney.  The series, titled ‘Inside the VW Academy,’ shows the duo weaving together useful and hard-hitting product features in a compelling and entertaining way.

UNISEF teamed up with renowned artists and musicians to record an album titled ‘UNICEF’s Children First’ for and about kids in deprived communities all around the globe. The album which will be available for purchase starting January 11, will feature performances by a plethora of celebrities including Antonio Banderas, Anne Sofie von Otter, Rebecca Caine, Barbara Hendricks, and the Sylvia Young Theater School Children’s Choir.

Dior has presented John Cameron Mitchell-directed short-film entitled ‘Lady Grey London’, the fourth and the last installment of the colour saga, which takes the viewers across the globe. The creators of the video decided to dedicate it to the grey colour because it crowns the traditional weather palette of the capital and is considered to be one of the emblematic colours of the fashion brand. Just as it is with the previous videos, the key character of the story is played by award-winning French actress Marion Cotillard.

Converse paints the walls of British towns to promote its recent collaboration with popular and emerging musicians. The brand is known for its projects focused on celebrating arts and music culture, and this summer and fall it released several tracks by GB and U.S. entertainers. Recently, the footwear company has partnered with Monorex, a group of graffiti-inspired visual artists, to pay tribute to influential musicians by promoting indie music genres with street art.
