The Gear is touted as a companion of the larger devices in the brand’s range and is designed to “further integrate the Samsung GALAXY experience into everyday life.” The wearable device performs a range of actions, syncing with Galaxy mobile phones (in particular, the new GALAXY Note 3) for an enhanced consumer experience.

Samsung has unveiled its highly anticipated new smartphone, Galaxy S4, which is the lightest and the most sophisticated model in the Galaxy family. Being a successor to the company’s Galaxy S III, the new flagship phone has a sleeker and more refined design, Dual Camera, a wider 5-inch screen with 1920×1080 resolution, and a stronger textured body case. The new product, unveiled yesterday during a live-streaming show in New York, will be available in 55 countries on 327 different carriers starting April. The price hasn’t been announced yet.

Samsung has unveiled pictures of its new San Jose groundbreaking campus that will help the company expand its U.S. reach and attract more professionals in the tech area. The construction works are slated to begin in July 2013, and the campus designed by NBBJ is expected to be ready in mid-2015. With this move, Samsung once again takes on Apple that is expected to unveil its much-anticipated spacecraft-inspired headquarters by 2016.
