As part of the study, 7.5 million miles of activity—walking, running, cycling, and motorized transportation—were analyzed.

Starbucks will be unveiling a new artistic design on its limited-edition reusable plastic cups this autumn—it will be the artwork that won the Starbucks White Cup Contest, which was running across the U.S. and Canada. In spring, the coffee giant asked its multiple fans in America to develop their own original artwork to fill the blank canvas of its white coffee cups. The winning work was submitted by 20-year-old community college student Brita Lynn Thompson, living in Pittsburgh.
Cadbury continues to add new valuable elements to its Cadbury Bicycle Project, launched by the confectionary brand in 2009 to give kids in deprived regions a better access to schools. The brand has designed and created a custom generator for bikes that will help turn all rides to school into electricity that can be used to charge a removable light to literally lighten up the life of a kid after school.
