Twitter Unveils Secrets of Microblogging Activity with Twitter Analytics

Twitter, the pioneer of microblogging, started inviting the groups of users for testing its brand new service that offers analytics pertaining to the activity of users and popularity of tweets, reports Mashable.com. Ealier this year Twitter’s CEO announced the product would be launched at the end of 2010. So far the tool is available to the limited number of users.

Twitter Analytics offer a variety of data to think over, such as: information about the tweets that turned out to be most successful as well as those that caused users to unfollow. Moreover, the analytics users will be able to see the list of the most influential users responding to and retweeting their messages.

The graph displays the users activity connected with a Twitter microblog that spans for the last 6 hours. All of the tweets may be filtered by categories such as: best, good, and all.

The great news for the users and bad news for the competitors who’s been offering the similar tools for some time on the paid basis, is that the new Twitter analytics tool will come for free and Twitter does not have any plans as per charging users in the near future.
