Wrangler Launches Online Campaign for 2011 Spring/Summer Collection

A new online campaign for Wrangler’s 2011 Spring/Summer collection launched this week on the brand’s website. As always, Wrangler has surprised its consumers with the innovative approach. Not so long ago the brand unveiled Blue Bell campaign allowing consumers to manipulate the man on the screen merely with the mouse, and it has come up with a newer, more exciting idea.

Now, to prove to the world that Wrangler is «Worn Across America» (brand’s slogan), Wrangler unveils a new interactive catalogue of its men’s and women’s clothing that takes a website visitor on a virtual journey across the US where he or she may see several young couples dressed in various models of the branded clothing playing, driving a car, having a scandal, or enjoying their privacy to the hard-rock melody. Each scene is associated with a certain location on the map of America. On the left-hand and right-hand sides of the screen the titles of clothing items are displayed for Him and Her. However, the titles are unclickable, so you can neither get more information on the item that picked your interest, nor buy it. That’s why this campaign has more resemblance to a commercial movie, rather than a clothing catalogue.

This campaign created by Stink Digital has already been rewarded with Favorite Website Award, an industry recognised internet award program.
