The CoverGirl brand has tapped another hilarious lady as its ambassadress, who will share her talent and inspiring female consumers with her beauty and charm. Last week, rock star P!nk joined the brand’s family, and now the cosmetics label welcomes a new face, Janelle Monáe, who is on “a unique mission to encourage women to use all their artistic powers to play, change, and transform,” says the press release.
The acclaimed artist, who performs in an electrifying style and impresses public with her strong and dynamic voice, has already won hearts of millions fans with both her musical talent and signature black-tie wardrobe, which definitely helps her stand out. The “different kind of diva” will appear in the September issue of the CoverGirl publication next week—her first shoot for the brand has been recently completed. To spread the word, CoverGirl has already changed the Timeline photo in Facebook for an image featuring Monáe as the brand’s ambassadress and posted a video on its YouTube channel with Janelle signing “Easy breathy beautiful CoverGirl.”
